The new development of Lo Crispin is set just off the moterway AP-7 which connects Alicante, in the north, to Cartegena in the south.

The urbanisation comprises of a mixture of residential, holiday and rental properties so year round sales are possible.

Just the last phase remains to be completed on this urbanisation and most properties have been handed over by the respective builders.
